Action Plans for Active People
 
 

 
 
PowerPlan specializes in creating Action Plans.  Creating an Action Plan involves Karen guiding you through the following set of tangible steps designed specifically to advance you toward your goals: 
 
STEP ONE:
 
Step One is for you to get in touch with your motivation and goals.  Specific exercises help you become aware of your big and little goals and then rank them according to what you find most pressing.
 
STEP TWO:
 
Step Two is for you to prioritize and organize the information gleaned from the exercises in Step One.  You begin to remember who you are and what you hope to accomplish in this lifetime.  You recognize which goals are most heartfelt, and you learn that you can dare to dream again.  Step Two involves discussion and strategizing, and in some cases more Step One exercises targeting your specific issue. 
 
STEP THREE:
 
Step Three is creating a specific Action Plan, listing what concrete steps you will take in what order.  Some Action Plans may include only a few items; others may be quite detailed.  Still others may just address the first steps toward a long-term goal.  The skills and the process you have learned will allow you to create your own Action Plans in the future.
 
STEP FOUR:
 
Step Four is implementation, in which you begin moving toward your goals.  Follow-up phone calls help you address the unforeseen obstacles that inevitably arise, so you keep on track toward your dreams.

A complete Action Plan requires two or three meetings and includes at least two follow-up calls.
 
A la carte services, creating a targeted Action Plan for a specific issue, might involve just a single phone conversation.
